Luxury Climate sends SMS messages to provide customer care, schedule updates, confirm bookings, remind customers of appointments, notify technicians of arrival, and send billing/invoice links for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services.

Message frequency varies depending on your service requests, bookings, and interactions with our team.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you by us and to us by you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

4. How to Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send the STOP message, we will send you a final SMS via our online booking form or by calling our office.

5. How to Get Help

6. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers (such as Rogers, Telus, Bell, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
