You will see the difference we bring to the kitchen table at the initial meeting. Our unique process takes the time to learn your home, goals, and budget. We then provide a personalized plan, including system sizing calculations, brochures and estimates. We take great pride in our ability to design the perfect system for you, and your satisfaction measures our success.
Education
We will ask you questions to provide the best-customized design, and you can make some choices. We will empower you to make these choices by providing the necessary information. Whether it is how heat pumps work, the installation process, or something more technical, we have been asked it before. We are happy to take the time to provide you with all the answers you need.

The technician representing Luxury Climate in your home must be trained and supported to provide high-quality solutions. We attract great co-workers by providing them with the workplace they deserve.
We are a small business co-owned by Sarah and William Lees in Agassiz, BC. William has been in the HVAC/R industry for two decades. Over this time, he has worked in the residential and commercial sectors, obtaining his Red Seal for Refrigeration, Class B Gas Fitter, F280-12 Heat Loss/Heat Gain, Residential Ventilation using Section 9.32, and Residential Air System Design licenses. William’s role is training, design, service and installation. Sarah keeps the business running by scheduling, bookkeeping, and customer communication.
