Luxury Climate was started in 2021 and is family owned and operated. We focus on sustainable systems for the residential HVAC market. We are looking to expand our team to retrofit heat pump systems in homes in the Fraser Valley. We are a Local 516 company that knows that our co-workers are the product we sell.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC installer who can lead an installation after one month of training. We strive to set you up for success by providing all the support required for you to excel at your trade. Every technician is registered as a refrigeration apprentice to advance their career.

What we need from you:

Experience installing residential HVAC systems
Lead an installation with help from an apprentice
Showing up to work on time and ready to work
Maintaining a positive appearance
The patience to never sacrifice the quality of your workmanship
Flexibility for work hours to maintain installation schedules
Driver's license
Clean criminal record
